Farmina N&D Spayed Cat Food Contains a Bone Fragment

I purchased Farmina N&D spayed cat food today from a pet store in Kemalpaşa, İzmir. When I opened the package, I was shocked and extremely disappointed to find a piece of bone inside the food. Despite the product having an expiration date in 2028, finding a foreign object like this raises serious concerns about product safety and the manufacturing process and has severely damaged my trust in the brand. Finding something like this in food specifically formulated for spayed cats is simply unacceptable.

In addition, the food has a much stronger and more unpleasant smell than other products from the same brand that I have used previously. After eating the food, my cat has been meowing more than usual, which has made me concerned that the food may be spoiled or otherwise unsafe. Because of both the unusual smell and the presence of a bone fragment, I believe the product may not be safe or suitable for consumption.

I request that the seriousness of this incident be recognized, that products manufactured in the same batch be urgently inspected, and that a thorough investigation be conducted with a written explanation provided to me. If necessary, I can provide the batch number and packaging for your inspection. I am concerned about my own cat’s health and also expect the necessary precautions to be taken to prevent other animals from being harmed. I request that appropriate action be taken immediately to resolve my situation and prevent a similar incident from happening again.
