Farmina N&D Pumpkin Dog Food Has Been Out of Stock for 10 Days

I have been experiencing a stock availability problem for approximately 10 days with Farmina’s N&D Pumpkin Grain-Free Lamb, Pumpkin & Blueberry Small Breed Adult Dog Food, 2.5 kg. The product is also unavailable for purchase on Farmina’s official website, where orders cannot currently be placed. In addition, the same product has been out of stock for an extended period on Evinemama and Mamacıteyze, which are websites I regularly purchase from.

I tried to contact a consultant or customer service representative for assistance, but I was unable to reach anyone at Farmina. I have not received any information about the product’s availability or expected restocking date, nor have I been offered an alternative solution. Since this is a product I use regularly, this uncertainty and lack of communication are negatively affecting both me and my dog’s feeding routine.

I request that Farmina clearly and transparently provide information about the product’s stock and supply situation in Türkiye, inform customers when and through which sales channels the product will become available, and make the product available again as soon as possible.
