I experienced a serious safety issue with Farmina’s N&D wet cat food. I purchased an N&D Pumpkin (Lamb, Pumpkin & Blueberry) 70 g canned food for my cat, and I found a very hard and sharp piece of bone inside the can. If my cat had swallowed this piece, it could have become lodged in its throat or caused potentially life-threatening internal injuries. I have photographs clearly showing both the foreign object itself and the batch information and packaging displayed on the product.

I purchased this product through Petlebi on August 20, 2026. I contacted Farmina’s customer service by email and provided detailed information about the incident, along with photographs clearly showing the “best before may 2029 1 lot26005 fwnn0132138 11:08” information printed on the product and the foreign object in question. However, despite the passage of time, I have received no response whatsoever, and my email appears to have been completely ignored.

I cannot accept the brand’s lack of response to a manufacturing issue that could directly threaten the safety of pets. I request that Farmina urgently review its quality control processes, particularly for products from this batch, and implement much stricter and more careful inspections to prevent such potentially dangerous defects from occurring again. I also expect a written response that clearly addresses what happened and reflects the seriousness of the situation.

My order number is 25208710.
