Media Markt Shipped a Broken Wahl Home Pro Hair Clipper

August 9, 2023, I ordered a Wahl Home Pro hair clipper with the reference number 34867825. The product came on August 10, 2023.now, I'm actually really bummed to tell you that the device is totally busted and doesn't work at all. it was like this from the beginning, when I got the package, quickly realized that the hair clipper wasn't working.... I hit up your customer service peeps, and they told me to ship the device to the service center. Just so you know, I haven't even tried using the clipper yet. I just opened the box and tried to plug it in. It's such a bummer that the device is messed up right from the start.  when I asked for a refund or replacement, they told me it's a no-go and I gotta go through the service process instead. I think getting a refund or a replacement would be totally fair in this situation.
