McDonald's Order from Takeaway Was Incomplete and Packaging Leaked in My Car

My recent takeaway order was a total disaster, and it really got to me. I ordered a McChicken with extra chicken, but they totally forgot the extra chicken. On top of everything else, the cups were leaking, and the packaging was such a disaster that it melted and ripped apart, causing drinks to spill all over my car. I'm really curious why I need to go through every single item in the bag to confirm it's right. The restaurant should definitely handle this, not me. So I waited 15 minutes for fast food, and now I can't even go back to sort it out because of the crazy traffic. It's baffling how these basic errors happen, and it's annoying that I didn't receive what I actually paid for.
