Doordash Didn't Even Offer To Compensate For The Cold Food
It was Friday night, and I was really hungry after a long day at work, used DoorDash, to place an order for my favorite dishes from a nearby restaurant. The estimated delivery time showed up on my screen, letting me know that it would be there in 30 minutes, at twenty minutes past the time they said they would deliver, I still haven't seen my food. Later I learned it took longer for me to get my package because the driver had to pick up another order on the way, finally, the food did come, but it was too cold to eat. Even though they admitted it was inconvenient, they wouldn't give any kind of compensation, not even a partial credit for the bad service.
