McDonald's Delay - Missing Delivery Items

On October 5, 2025, at 16:00, I placed an order at the counter of your McDonald’s branch (Receipt No: 0033, Order No: 2706), and it was delivered exactly 29 minutes later. Such a long waiting time is completely unacceptable for a fast-service restaurant. When I inquired about the delay, there was neither an apology nor any professional attitude displayed. The staff appeared unhappy, were far from being solution-oriented, and completely disregarded customer satisfaction. There was also no sense of responsibility or effort for compensation from the management. When I spoke with the restaurant manager, I encountered the same indifference. The problems at this branch are not isolated incidents. In previous home delivery orders, I have experienced missing items—such as sauces I paid for—at least 20 times. Each time, I have faced the same negligence and slowness. This situation has now become a pattern of systematic carelessness. This level of service is inconsistent with McDonald’s quality standards and seriously undermines customer trust. As a loyal McDonald’s customer for many years, and as someone whose family once operated the Tunalı and Köroğlu branches in Ankara, I have always maintained my respect for your brand. However, the current management’s attitude at this branch damages that respect. Therefore, I request that the service quality and operational processes of this branch be audited, that I be informed about the reasons for the delay, that the recurring issue of incomplete deliveries be addressed, and that an action plan focused on customer satisfaction be implemented regarding the staff and management involved. I expect a response and resolution worthy of the McDonald’s brand.
