Maybelline Lipstick Has Unpleasant Sticky Texture After Two Uses

I bought a Maybelline lipstick from a Gratis store during a discount period. I do not remember the exact purchase date, but I have been using the product regularly for about a month. From the first use, I noticed that the lipstick leaves a very unpleasant, completely sticky feeling on my lips. Whenever I talk or eat something, everything sticks to my lips because of this sticky texture, which makes the product impossible to use comfortably. I have used the lipstick twice and experienced the same problem each time, so I stopped trusting the product. Since it was on discount, I naturally no longer have the receipt. I kindly request Maybelline to take my complaint seriously, examine this product if necessary, and inform me about the cause of this sticky texture and what solution they can offer regarding this problematic lipstick.
