I purchased the Maybelline Gel Tattoo Liner about a month ago, and when I started using it, I noticed that compared to the ones I used before, it dried out very quickly and smudged. I was not satisfied with the product’s performance at all, and this situation has also shaken my trust in the brand’s other products. Since I work as a hairdresser, this product is quite important for me. If you still have products with the old formula, I would like to obtain one. If that is not possible, I request a refund.
