I have been using Maybelline Fit Me BB Cream shade 10 for about three weeks, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. I started experiencing severe breakouts, even in areas where I normally never get acne. My skin has been significantly affected, and now I also have to deal with acne scars caused by this product.

I heard the same complaint from a friend who purchased this product based on my recommendation, and both of us deeply regret using it. As someone who has used almost every product from this brand, I was especially surprised and disappointed by this experience.

I purchased the product from an Eve store, and due to the skin issues I’ve experienced, I have suffered both emotionally and financially. I am requesting that the L’Oréal group compensate for the damage caused by this product, provide a full refund, cover any necessary dermatological treatment expenses, and offer a replacement with a product suitable for my skin that will not cause acne.
