I purchased the Essence Extreme Gel Gloss Top Coat, and it was a huge disappointment. The moment I applied it, it released an overpowering glue-like smell (similar to UHU glue) that lingered for a long time. The scent was so strong that it made the product unpleasant to use.
Additionally, after application, the texture remained sticky, and the drying time was extremely long. For a product with such poor performance, the price is unreasonably high. There is a huge mismatch between the quality and cost, and Essence needs to improve this formula immediately.
I expect a response and a solution, whether it’s a refund or product improvement. Please address this issue as soon as possible!
