On July 28, 2025, I purchased a YSL Loveshine Candy Glaze lipstick from Cyprus Duty Free. However, when I got home and checked the product, I discovered that the applicator was defective. It does not open properly, and unfortunately, I am unable to use the lipstick at all.
This is very disappointing, as I expected a flawless product from a premium brand like YSL, especially when purchased from a duty free store. Right now, I have no idea how to resolve this issue, since the product is completely unusable.
I am attaching two photos to clearly show the defective condition of the applicator. I kindly request guidance on how this issue will be handled, and I expect either a replacement product or a refund.
