Maybelline Lipstick Has Unpleasant Sticky Texture After Two Uses

I bought a Maybelline lipstick from a Gratis store during a discount period. I do not remember the exact purchase date, ...but I have been using the product regularly for about a month. From the first use, I noticed that the lipstick leaves a very unpleasant, completely sticky feeling on my lips. Whene
