Hello, I recently purchased a Maybelline New York lipstick from a Mion store, but its texture and formula feel completely different from the ones I’ve bought before. Concerned about the quality, I returned to the store to ask for assistance, only to be told that many other customers had complained about the same issue—yet they claimed there was nothing they could do.
I am extremely disappointed that I paid for a product that doesn’t meet Maybelline’s usual standards and received no solution or explanation from the store.
I expect Maybelline or Mion to address this issue, clarify why the formula has changed, and offer a resolution to affected customers. Please take action!
