I’m extremely disappointed with the Maybelline makeup primer I recently purchased. After just one use, my face broke out in painful, large pimples—and they weren’t minor blemishes either. They were swollen, deep, and very uncomfortable, covering almost every area where I applied the product.
I spent a good amount—₺300+—on this item, trusting the brand and expecting a high-quality result. But instead, I’m now dealing with visible skin irritation and discomfort that I never experienced before. A product meant to prep and smooth the skin should never trigger this kind of reaction, especially when it's marketed for everyday use.
What’s worse is that there was no warning on the packaging or product page about the potential for breakouts or reactions. If there had been, I would have reconsidered buying it or at least patch-tested more cautiously.
Maybelline, I urge you to take this seriously. You need to clearly state potential side effects for sensitive or acne-prone skin and investigate the ingredients in this product. I expect a proper response and hope you will compensate affected customers like me. No one should pay to harm their skin. Please follow up and make this right.
