I purchased a Vinyl Lipstick from Maybelline New York, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. When I opened the product, there was no actual lipstick inside—just a bit of clear gloss-like residue that didn’t provide any color. Even worse, the applicator brush was completely dry, as if the product had either dried out during packaging or was never filled properly.
This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand as well-known as Maybelline. The product was defective upon arrival, and clearly not quality-checked before being shipped out.
I demand that Maybelline take responsibility and resolve this immediately—either by replacing the faulty item or issuing a refund. A beauty product should never arrive unusable, and this experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.
I expect swift action and proper customer service.
I bought it from the Meybelin brand and it turned out to be empty. The company has not responded to this issue at all. I want this matter to be addressed. If necessary, a proper lipstick should be sent. Other complaints have also not been answered. I urge the company to act seriously.
