I currently own 14 different Maybelline New York lipsticks—enough to build an entire collection. I purchased them all within the last 3 months, and most of them have barely been used. However, I’ve recently discovered a serious issue: when I try to apply them, only oil comes out—no pigment.
No matter how much I swipe, I don’t get the rich color I paid for. Instead, it’s just an oily residue that does nothing but make my lips feel greasy. This is not what I expected from a globally known brand like Maybelline. I invested in these products because I trusted their quality, but now I’m left with nearly a dozen unusable lipsticks.
I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I expect an immediate solution or refund. Maybelline needs to stand behind its products and ensure they’re not drying out or separating just a few months after purchase. Please address this issue and help make things right for your loyal customers.
