I purchased the Maybelline New York Super Stay Ink Crayon Matte Lipstick, but when it arrived, I was immediately concerned. The product was shipped in nothing but a small plastic bag, with no proper packaging, no protective wrap—nothing that reflects a premium or authentic purchase.
Because of this poor presentation, I genuinely believed the product might be counterfeit, so I initiated a return. However, my return request was rejected with the excuse that the product had been opened and therefore was no longer eligible for a refund. This reasoning makes no sense—how else was I supposed to verify the item’s authenticity without opening it?
The seller claimed they shipped the product back to me after rejecting the return, but I never received anything. The courier marked it as “delivered,” but I never got the package. Now I’m left without the product or a refund.
