I purchased five different Maybelline lipsticks, hoping to try a variety of shades. Unfortunately, none of them perform as expected. The colors are either extremely difficult to remove—leaving harsh stains on my lips—or they apply poorly and look nothing like advertised. Something feels off with the formula, and I suspect there may be a defect.
I reached out to customer service to report the issue, but I received no real help or resolution. I even called the company directly, thinking they might care more if I explained the problem over the phone. Still, nothing was done. They’ve completely dismissed my concern.
I spent a considerable amount—₺—on these products, and now it feels like money wasted. I expected much better quality and support from a brand as well-known as Maybelline.
I demand a full refund or replacement and a proper investigation into whether this batch was faulty. Completely ignoring loyal customers is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from Maybelline again unless this is resolved.
