I purchased the Maybelline Superstay Teddy Tint lipstick just yesterday, and I’m already deeply disappointed. I bought it with high expectations and paid a considerable price—₺200+, but what I received was a complete letdown.
The moment I applied the lipstick, it left an unpleasant sticky feeling on my lips. Within a short time, it began to clump and form patchy, uneven layers, creating a messy and unattractive appearance. It’s not only uncomfortable to wear but also visually frustrating.
To make things worse, the cap doesn’t close properly. It’s so loose that it feels like it could fall off in my bag at any time, risking product leakage or spoilage. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point and brand reputation.
I strongly believe these issues stem from a manufacturing defect. A product with this many problems should have never passed quality control, let alone made it to store shelves. Consumers are spending their hard-earned money on these products, and in return, they deserve items that meet basic standards of performance and packaging.
I am therefore requesting a full refund. I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution. Maybelline, please re-evaluate your quality assurance process—because this level of disappointment is not what loyal customers deserve.
