Mavi Refused My Jeans Quality Complaint Despite Visible Fabric Defects

On March 8, 2025, I purchased a pair of Mavi jeans. Although it has only been about nine months, the product has developed serious quality issues such as color fading, whitening, visible fabric defect marks, and twisting at the hems. I do not consider these problems normal for this period of use.

On December 11, 2025, I submitted the jeans for inspection, and they were sent for review. Today, when I called customer service, I was told that the inspection was not approved and that there was allegedly no issue with the product, even though the jeans are still technically in the inspection process.

I have my purchase receipt, and the document number is 6872025000014282. Despite these clearly visible defects, the rejection of my complaint is unacceptable to me. I request that my jeans be re-evaluated and that a product exchange be carried out as soon as possible. I ask Mavi to resolve this matter in favor of the consumer.
