Mavi Jeans Refused to Compensate and Took Back My Apology Coupon
I bought a product from the Mavi brand's page. The product I bought was damaged in cargo. I was not notified and the refund was not made. Mavi officials said that they could not compensate. When I complained here, Mavi called me and defined an apology coupon. I bought the product again with the coupon and this product was defective. I had it returned. This time they did not return my apology coupon to me. When I talked to Mavi officials, they said that it was single-use and the coupons were not returned. I have been dealing with these products for at least 1-2 months. My only purpose was to shop. They did not compensate for the product damaged in cargo and did not send me the same product. Moreover, the size of the shirt I bought during this return process ran out. I am ordering it again. This is also defective. The size is out and they do not give me my coupon. The coupon they defined is a joke. I have not seen such nonsense anyway. I will complain about this issue to the necessary places. Mavi is definitely regretful.
