I have been purchasing Mavi Jeans denim for many years and have repeatedly worn and washed the same products without any issues. However, a pair of jeans I bought from the Bursa Sur Yapı store in March–April 2025 showed clear and noticeable deformation in the same area after only 2–3 months of use. Although I washed the product exactly as instructed, as I always do, it became worn out in a very short time, which was extremely disappointing. I took the jeans back to the store and submitted them for inspection. The inspection result I received via text message stated that the issue was due to a “washing error.” However, I have purchased many jeans from this brand before and washed them in the same way, and this is the first time I have encountered such a problem. For this reason, I do not believe the issue was caused by me and think it is a product-related defect. In the interest of customer satisfaction, I am requesting a replacement for these jeans, which became deformed in an unreasonably short period of time.
