I Face Mavi Jake Jeans Color Fading and Request Refund

I purchased a pair of Jake model jeans from Mavi’s official online store, and within just 4–5 months of normal use, the product developed noticeable fading and color loss. I want to clearly state that I did not use any bleach or harsh chemicals on the product at any point, yet this issue still occurred.

After experiencing this problem, I first sent the product for inspection on March 24. Following their instructions, I sent it again for a second inspection on April 3. However, on April 9, I received a negative response claiming that the damage was caused by the use of bleach. The second inspection resulted in the same conclusion, with no change in their decision.

Despite the fact that no bleaching agents were used, receiving the same generic explanation repeatedly has seriously damaged my trust in Mavi’s quality standards and customer service. I strongly believe this issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

For this reason, I request a full refund for the Jake model jeans. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly in a way that prioritizes customer satisfaction and fairly addresses the defect I experienced.
