Match Masters Didn’t Deliver My Purchase After 48 Hours

In the Match Masters game, the item I purchased has not been delivered even though 48 hours have passed. I contacted customer support, and they asked me to send the receipt for my Google Play Store payment, which I did. Nothing has changed since then.

We’re living in the space age, yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved after 48 hours. They are completely uninterested and unresponsive, that’s the problem.
