On August 1st, I accidentally made a ₺650 payment through the Google Play Store for the eFootball app. I realized the mistake immediately and submitted a refund request through the Play Store. Shortly afterward, I received a notification confirming that my refund had been approved.
However, it has now been 6 full days since that confirmation, and the ₺650 has still not been returned to my account. I’ve waited patiently, thinking the process would finalize automatically, but nothing has changed. There’s been no update, no explanation, and no actual refund reflected in my bank.
I’m kindly requesting urgent support to ensure this approved refund is processed and the funds are credited back to my account without any further delay.
