Gardenscapes Golden Ticket Not Credited to My Account—No Response from Support
I purchased a Golden Ticket on my computer for Gardenscapes, but it hasn’t been credited to my account. I have my game synced to my phone via Facebook, and it’s been about 10 days since the purchase. Despite syncing and following all steps correctly, the Golden Ticket still hasn't appeared in my account.
I’ve reached out to customer support through the in-game bot and sent an email, but I haven’t received any resolution or response. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I will consider taking legal action. I’ve spent money on this game, and it’s unacceptable not to receive what I paid for.
Gardenscapes team, please address this issue urgently and ensure that my Golden Ticket is properly credited to my account without further delay.
