Masteredu AI UPI Payment Through PhonePe Not Recognized or Explained

I recently noticed that an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my account via UPI for a transaction to Masteredu AI on 18 September 2026 at around 3:39 PM through PhonePe. I am not aware of which exact service or product of Masteredu AI this deduction was for, and I did not receive any clear information or satisfactory explanation about this payment. I have a successful transaction confirmation screenshot showing this ₹599 deduction to Masteredu AI, yet I have not received any proper response from either Masteredu AI or PhonePe regarding this issue. This situation has caused me financial and mental discomfort because I do not understand why this amount was taken and what it was used for. I kindly request that the ₹599 deducted from my account be fully refunded as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this transaction so that such an issue does not happen again in the future.
