Masteredu AI Charged ₹599 From FamPay Without Authorization

On 27 August 2026, an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my Fampay account and sent to “Masteredu AI” without my permission. I did not authorize this payment in any way and I was not informed in advance that such a deduction would be made. The Fampay transaction screen clearly shows a payment of ₹599 to Masteredu AI on 27 Aug 2026 with TXN ID: FMPIB6479697947, marked as “Paid in 0.54 s”. This was not done by me knowingly, and I believe this is an unauthorized or accidental transaction. I request that my ₹599 be refunded to my Fampay account as soon as possible and that any link, subscription, or auto‑payment related to Masteredu AI on my account be cancelled. I also request that in the future no money should be deducted from my Fampay account without my clear and explicit permission. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved quickly, and my money to be returned.
