Refund FamPay Masteredu AI Autopay Deduction And Cancel Mandate

I am using FamPay and on 15 August 2026 an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my account through autopay for a subscription payment to “Masteredu AI” with transaction ID FMPIB6405957150. I did not intend or consent for this amount to be taken in this way and I consider this deduction to be wrong. I am requesting that the ₹599 taken from my FamPay account on 15 August 2026 via autopay be refunded to my account and that any related future autopay for this subscription be cancelled so that this does not happen again.
