Unauthorized ₹599 Masteredu AI Payment on PhonePe Account

I am writing about an automatic payment of ₹599 that was made from my PhonePe account to “Masteredu AI” on 12 September 2026 without my clear knowledge. This autopay seems to have been activated by mistake and I did not knowingly turn on or approve any such recurring payment. I only noticed the ₹599 deduction after it was completed and I did not receive any proper warning or clear confirmation that I was starting an autopay service. I kindly request that this ₹599 transaction be cancelled and fully refunded to my PhonePe balance, and that any related autopay or subscription linked to my account be stopped so that no further deductions are made without my explicit consent. I ask you to review this issue urgently and resolve it at the earliest.
