MasterClass Charges $144 After Membership Expired Without Consent

Even though my MasterClass membership ended in December and I did not request a renewal, I noticed that $144 was charged to my İş Bankası card on January 6, 2026. Since I did not want to extend my membership, this charge both surprised me and caused financial inconvenience.

My membership can be found under the account registered with the email address z*************@gmail.com**. After this unauthorized charge, I tried to contact MasterClass via email, as well as through Facebook and X, but I have not received any response. Because the payment still appears as pending, I am also unable to start a dispute process with my bank.

I do not accept being charged for a terminated membership without my consent. I request that the $144 charge be canceled immediately and refunded to my card, and that my account be disabled from renewals and any automatic payments going forward.
