Domestika Charged $138 Without Consent – Unauthorized Plus Subscription Refund Request
On October 10, 2025, a Domestika Plus subscription was started on my account without my knowledge, and $138 (approximately ₺5,900) was charged to my card. I had previously purchased only a single course for around $0.99, and I never approved or authorized any Plus membership. I also did not receive any email or notification informing me that a subscription had been started or a payment had been processed.
I contacted Domestika customer support regarding this issue, but have not received any response so far. The Plus membership order code is C500677T32665559.
The amount charged is far beyond what I can afford, and this transaction occurred entirely without my consent. I request that this unauthorized membership be canceled immediately and the charged amount refunded to my account.
I filed a transaction dispute through Enpara and the amount I paid was refunded to my account.
