On November 6, 2025, I logged into pdfe.com with my c*****@gmail.com** email address to perform a one-time PDF editing task. On the site, I was shown a single, one-off fee, and I completed the payment with my İş Bankası card ending in 6455. However, on November 9, 2025, without my approval or consent, a $58 membership fee was charged to my account.
During the transaction, I was never clearly shown any screen stating that I was starting a subscription or membership; the relevant text was hidden elsewhere and not presented as an explicit agreement.
This charge was made entirely without my permission. I contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I currently have an unwanted membership on my account, and I want this membership canceled immediately.
I request the immediate refund of the $58 taken from my İş Bankası card ending in 6455 on November 9, 2025, and the cancellation of this unauthorized membership. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursuing the matter with the relevant legal authorities.
