Mariobet Deleted My Account Balance Despite No Withdrawal Limit
On August 2, approximately ₺425,000 in my Mariobet account was removed without any warning or notification. The last transaction I made was a withdrawal, and before that, I specifically asked the live support line if there was a withdrawal limit. I was told there was no limit. Despite this, my balance was deleted. When I contacted customer service, they pointed to a rule stating that withdrawals can be made up to 50 times the investment amount. However, I have screenshots of the rules they shared with me. The relevant rule begins with “hidden membership,” and I confirmed via live support that my account is not a hidden membership. Another rule states, “Users who have not used a bonus can make unlimited withdrawals, except for secret memberships.” I have never received an investment bonus, yet my balance was removed. I previously submitted a complaint on Xolvie, the brand responded, but no one contacted me, and the issue remains unresolved. I have screenshots of my live support chats and the relevant rules, and I am requesting the return of my wrongfully removed balance to my account.
