Mariobet Deleted My Balance After Poker and Slots
I am a member of the Mariobet site with the username 05a***56. On 15/06/2025, I deposited ₺2,000 into my account. I entered the poker lobby and played poker at a five-player table with around 50 other players. After participating in games for a few hours, I earned ₺8,000. I then continued playing slot games and increased my balance to ₺40,000, at which point I submitted a withdrawal request. My withdrawal was not approved, and my balance was deleted. When I contacted live support, they told me that a transfer had taken place in the poker lobby and that my entire balance was wiped out. I asked to speak to an authorized representative, but they refused to connect me. Despite my insistence and talking to them for hours, they ended the chat saying my money would not be paid. This is nothing but deception and seizing the money of winners. If they don’t resolve this and pay me my money, I will contact the internationally recognized Curacao Gaming Authority, whose license they use, and request that necessary action be taken.
