Jokerbet Deleted My Balance Claiming Old Bonus Use
I deposited ₺500 into my Jokerbet account and turned it into ₺30,000 through legitimate gameplay. I successfully withdrew ₺8,000 and then another ₺16,000. After that, I continued playing with the remaining balance and grew it to ₺34,000. I then submitted a withdrawal request for the full amount—only to be told that my entire balance was deleted due to “previous bonus use.”
When I asked for an explanation, they said I had used a bonus—from a completely different deposit long before. That bonus was already used up, and I had deposited another ₺500 and played without any active bonuses. Despite explaining this clearly, they still refused to return my winnings.
