Dear Mango Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my recent order (Order No: Elcqch), which I placed approximately 10 minutes ago in TURKEY. Although I entered a different delivery address during checkout, the system is showing that the order will be sent to a previously saved address instead. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the order online, and due to the Bayram holiday, I have not been able to reach your customer service team by phone. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in correcting the delivery address or guiding me on how to proceed with redirection of the shipment to the other saved address in my account. hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
