They have been withholding refunds for my online orders for months now! I call them constantly, and customer service just gives me the same infuriating runaround: "the warehouse is reviewing it, and we'll get back to you."
This prolonged process has caused me so much stress and anxiety that I've actually developed stress-related rashes on my body. I am completely fed up. It's utterly disgraceful for a brand like Mango to victimize its customers this way. Mango is a complete regret!
