Mango Online Order Returned Denied Saying I Sent Them Back Incomplete!
bought something from Mango through Trendyol. The order number was 2396895617, and the delivery number was 3102340978. The order had four items, all of which I tried to return but were turned down. They claim that the items were not in the package, and neither Trendyol nor Mango are offering any help. Trendyol Express courier has been asked to give me a weight document, but they won't. If they show the paper, it will show how much the package weighed when it was delivered and when it was returned, which proves that the items were in the package. I am determined to complain everywhere, even to the point of going to court if I have to. Someone took my money without any doubt.
