Mango Turkey Disregards Consumer Rights

With my order number 2238646090, I purchased a Spiderman Shorts pajama set from the Trendyol Mango store. There was only a T-shirt and no shorts in the package. I inquired about the missing item, but was told that they were out of stock and to send it back. I mailed the item on September 25, 2023, with the RMA number 7250010471586851. Mango received the package, but they refused to issue a refund because the item had not been opened. For the past two months, I have been hoping for a resolution. My 250 Turkish Lira was taken. Trendyol is just putting off the inevitable. In what percentage of times have I accessed a request? Do we have nothing else to do besides me sitting here all day and night dealing with the product I just bought? I will never shop at Mango again; they have no place on Trendyol. Product delivery was severely delayed.
