Mango Delayed My Order and Provided No Shipping Update or Information
I ordered from Mango via Trendyol on November 28, 2024, but my package still hasn't been shipped. I was told my order would ship by December 4, but I haven't received any updates or notifications about its status since that date. I anticipated a higher level of service from a platform with such a strong reputation. It's frustrating that despite the delay, I'm still left without any clear information. I attempted to get in touch, but unfortunately, I didn't get a useful reply. I am reaching out for immediate assistance regarding this issue and sincerely hope that Trendyol will act promptly to address it. This experience has led me to doubt the platform's customer service and its capability to handle timely deliveries.
