I Face Trendyol Refusing To Cancel My Mango Coat Order Still “Being Prepared”

On September 28, I ordered a Mango-brand coat through Trendyol (Order No: #10547269420). It has been three days since I placed the order, yet the status still shows as “being prepared”, and it has not been shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but the system did not accept my cancellation request. When I contacted customer service, they refused the request, claiming that the order was already being prepared for shipment.

The payment was charged to my credit card. I now wish to cancel the order because I believe the coat won’t suit me, and I also found the price too high after purchase. However, the fact that the product hasn’t been shipped yet while my cancellation request is being denied has caused me frustration and inconvenience.

I request that my order be canceled immediately and that a full refund be issued to my card.
