Mango has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy

I returned an item to Mango Turkey 12 days ago, requesting a size change, but I still haven't received any confirmation or explanation from them regarding my return. I'm unable to contact customer service by phone, and their emails go unanswered. My desired size has been out of stock ever since. I have no idea what happened to my purchase and I'm unsure if I'll even receive a refund. This is not how a company should handle returns and exchanges, especially during big sales campaigns. Many customers are experiencing the same issue, and it's unacceptable for a company to constantly hide behind the excuse of being "too busy" to address customer complaints. I demand an explanation and a refund for my lost purchase.
