I ordered two items from Mango's website but only received one of them. I immediately went to the Istanbul Hilltown AVM Mango store on February 15, 2023, to return the undelivered item. The store staff assured me that the refund would be processed within 13 business days, but it has now been a month and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call customer service, they give me the run around and fail to provide any helpful information. I am extremely disappointed in Mango's lack of customer service and have decided never to shop there again. I also will not be recommending Mango to anyone in my network. I demand an immediate refund for the undelivered item and proper compensation for the inconvenience caused.
