My Mango Order Shows Delivered to Emaar but Store Says It Never Arrived


I placed an order through the Mango app on April 20, 2025, and selected the Istanbul Emaar AVM Mango store as my pickup location. The tracking information shows that the items were delivered to the store—but every time I go there in person, they claim the package hasn’t arrived and that it’s still “in transit.”
I’ve visited the store multiple times, and I get the same vague response each time. Meanwhile, when I contact Mango customer service, they insist the items have already been delivered to the store. I’m caught in the middle, with no clear answers.
Out of frustration, I tried to initiate a return, only to be told that it must also be processed through the store—which, again, refuses to acknowledge receipt or respond.
This experience has been completely unacceptable. Mango’s communication is contradictory, and the Emaar AVM store has been completely unhelpful. I demand immediate clarification, a resolution to my return request, and either my items or a refund.
