Mango’s Failure To Issue A Refund And Send The Product!

Mango complaint! Never shop on the Mango website; it's unacceptable. On June 2, 2024, I bought a dress at Mango. Rather than the dress, they sent a cheaper pair of pants. When I called to inform them of the incorrect item, they instructed me to return it via Yurtiçi Kargo with the shipping note and they would send the dress I had originally ordered. I followed the instructions exactly on the same day. However, the dress I ordered was never delivered to me. When I called again, they said the dress would arrive but I would have to wait 15 business days. After 15 business days, nothing arrived. When I called at this time, they apologized and said they would issue a refund, but I would have to wait an additional 12 business days. The refund was never processed, either. I called again, informed them that the refund had not been issued, and they apologized once more, saying it had been processed and would arrive within 12 business days. I waited another 12 business days and still didn't get my refund. Today is August 13, 2024, 2.5 months have passed, and when I called again, I received the same response. I told them I didn't want to wait another 12 business days and wanted the money in my account right away, but I got the same response again. Regardless of what I said to the representative, she repeated the exact same sentence. What type of service is this? We can't even shop safely from a well-known brand like Mango, and we can't get help with our problems. I've become a beggar for a 2,000 TL purchase. I'll never shop at Mango again! I recommend that you think twice before shopping with a company that can't even resolve such a minor issue.
