Undelivered Products Since 1 Month By Mango!
I specifically selected the products I ordered from Mango online on September 14, 2023, without the "delivery within 22 business days" statement, hoping for a quick delivery. However, Mango canceled one of my products due to stock issues. When the other items didn't arrive either, I contacted customer service. Initially, they attributed the delay to high demand. Later, when the products were still missing, I was informed that they were shipped from Spain on September 21, as they were supplied from there, and should reach Turkey around October 10. On October 11, I was promised a swift delivery to Turkey. But on October 12, I received an email stating that all the products had been refunded. Customer service claimed that this time, my money was refunded because the domestic shipment had lost the products. Mango kept me occupied with false promises for a month and failed to deliver three items. The customer service staff appeared uninformed, indifferent, and lacking ethics, almost suggesting, "Take your money, what's your complaint?" Mango online turned out to be a total disappointment.
