Mango Delayed Delivery on My Paid Bag Order – Still Stuck in Transit

I ordered a bag from Mango’s website on October 31, with an estimated delivery date of November 5. The item was shipped from Istanbul on November 2, but it’s still listed as “in transit” and hasn’t moved. Mango doesn’t seem to be monitoring the deliveries or ensuring items reach their customers on time. It’s frustrating to have paid for a product that hasn’t arrived and is just sitting in transit. I expect Mango to take action and resolve this delivery delay as soon as possible. Please ensure I receive my order promptly – this lack of oversight on deliveries is disappointing.
