Mango Online Order Stuck in Transit for Weeks and Still Not Delivered
On September 4, 2025, I purchased a handbag from Mango’s official online store with order number eqjg89. The estimated delivery time was listed as 8–12 days, but more than two weeks have already passed, and my package is still showing as “in international transit” with no progress or updates. I placed the order for delivery to my Istanbul address and paid ₺1549 with my bank card. I contacted Mango customer service to resolve the issue, but no solution has been provided and I still do not know when or if my order will arrive. I request that Mango urgently ensure the shipment of my order and deliver the product to me without further delay.
